Turkey Li is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of CyCatena. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Previously, she was a Technical Manager for the Vulnerability Research Team at TeamT5, where she was responsible for threat intelligence product R&D and vulnerability research team management, bringing extensive practical experience in cybersecurity research and organizational management.

A long-term contributor to the development of Taiwan’s cybersecurity community, she founded HITCON GIRLS and served as the first Secretary-General of the Association of Hackers in Taiwan (HITCON). She currently focuses on integrating cybersecurity defense logic into the Web3 domain, assisting enterprises in establishing security control processes and providing comprehensive virtual asset security solutions.
