Aaron Luo is a Senior Threat Researcher at LAB R7, the innovation research lab of VicOne, where he currently focuses on AI robot threat research. He joined Trend Micro, VicOne’s parent company, in 2015 and has conducted extensive research on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Advanced Persistent Threats (APT).

His areas of expertise include automotive and robotics cybersecurity, APT, malware analysis, and exploitation techniques. Prior to joining Trend Micro, he collaborated with government law enforcement agencies on digital forensics and cybercrime investigations.

Aaron is also an active member of the Taiwan cybersecurity community, and frequently shares his research insights with academia, industry, government organizations, and international conferences.
