Ming-Huang Chen is a Lecturer at the Computer and Network Center, National Cheng Kung University. His expertise includes critical infrastructure cybersecurity, industrial control system fault diagnosis, smart medical device system design, as well as software engineering and system development. In recent years, he has focused on the development of industrial control cybersecurity attack-and-defense training environments and the design of virtual-physical integrated teaching box platforms, with a strong commitment to advancing OT/ICS cybersecurity education and practice-oriented talent cultivation.
