Gordon has more than 25 years of experience in IT, specializing in Wireless Networking and Security. An advocate of 802.11 wireless technology during its early infant stage. He handles Aruba and other security products for 11 years as a distributor before joining HPE Aruba. He is in the HPE Aruba South East Asia and Taiwan Team which covers 19 countries. 

Gordon holds many professional certifications, including Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX), Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX) and Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX). Globally he is one of the few Aruba Mobile Edge Expert (AMEX). He was awarded Distinguished Certified System Engineer under the HPE Certification Distinction Program in 2025. He was also Top VAR Pre-Sales of the year and MVP Expert for Aruba Airheads in 2011 for being actively involved in the Aruba Airhead community.

Gordon has a Bachelor Degree in Computer and Mathematical Sciences (Double Major in IT Application and IT System and Minor in Mathematics) from University of Western Australia. During his free time he loves to play basketball and swimming with his kids.
