With over 20 years of extensive hands-on experience in the cybersecurity field, I hold multiple internationally recognized cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, and CEH.

One of my most significant recent achievements is the establishment of Taiwan’s first cybersecurity testing laboratory accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS), with an approved testing scope covering the EN 18031 cybersecurity standard. I further led the team in successfully expanding the laboratory’s accreditation to include five additional international cybersecurity standards, such as IEC 62443 and EN 303 645, and played a key role in obtaining IECEE CBTL recognition as well as ISA Chartered Laboratory accreditation.

By combining my deep understanding of international cybersecurity standards with extensive practical experience, I actively seek to collaborate with like-minded partners in Taiwan to strengthen the cybersecurity capabilities. My goal is to support local organizations in implementing effective cybersecurity strategies, elevating their security maturity, and aligning with international cybersecurity standards.
